Process

When we design the MK1 for Iron Man, it was hard to make, but not impossible. It was made of aluminum and plastic. We use a little paint to make it look like the material was real steel. There is a process to dress this costume. First, we put the leg parts on, then the chest. Later the arms and last the head gear. When we finished costuming the guy we walked around the people in and outside the building to present the costume to them and of course, hear the opinion about it. It was really entertaining the process of building MK1 of Iron Man.
